Spring Salad
I am tired of winter. Tired of snow.
So in an effort to think positive, We've been preparing spring/summer type foods.
We've been cooking on the grill. Yes, it's pulled up to the patio door.
And yes, there is snow on the deck around the base of the grill,
but I don't care!
Grilled Chicken & Feta salad
Basically, lettuce of your choice. This is red leaf lettuce.
Fresh berries of your choice or a mix as you see here.
Nuts of your choice. Cashews work well.
Topped with Feta cheese.
Newman's Own Lite Raspberry & Walnut Dressing

Not pictured is the grilled chicken cut into strips and placed on top of the salad.
